In het programma Simpel Switchen werken organisaties samen aan hetzelfde doel: het realiseren van meer mogelijkheden in de participatieketen waardoor mensen makkelijker kunnen switchen tussen dagbesteding, beschut werk, banenafspraak en regulier werk.

In het programma Simpel Switchen werken de volgende partijen samen: Ministeries SZW en VWS, Divosa, VGN, Optimalistic, VNG, Cedris, Sam, Movisie, MIND, Iederin, LCR en UWV.
