Het wetsvoorstel Handhaving Sociale Zekerheid brengt belangrijke veranderingen met zich mee voor gemeenten. In dit webinar gaan Divosa en het ministerie van Sociale Zaken en Werkgelegenheid in gesprek over de achtergrond en inhoud van het wetsvoorstel en de gevolgen voor de gemeentelijke uitvoeringspraktijk. Aan bod komen onder meer de wijzigingen in het verlagingen- en boetebeleid, terugvordering, de toepassing van evenredigheid, de nieuwe mogelijkheden voor kwijtschelding en de stappen die gemeenten kunnen zetten om zich voor te bereiden op de beoogde inwerkingtreding per 1 januari 2027. Ook is er aandacht voor de impact van de wetswijzigingen op verordeningen, werkinstructies en de dagelijkse uitvoering.
